Building safe habits before bad habits become permanent.
Young drivers face serious risks on Ontario roads.
Not because they are bad drivers.
Because they are new drivers.
A licence proves basic ability.
It does not prove real world judgment.
Teen drivers still need to learn how to handle pressure, distractions, passengers, speed, poor weather, and fast decisions. One wrong choice can change everything.
Our Teen Driver Safety Program helps young drivers understand the choices that most often lead to preventable collisions.

We teach practical road safety literacy, including:
Distracted driving awareness
Hazard recognition
Speed management
Safe following distance
Blind spot awareness
Passenger safety
Seat belt safety
Defensive driving habits
This program is ideal for high schools, youth groups, G1 and G2 drivers, parent and teen events, and community organizations.
The goal is not to scare young drivers.
The goal is to prepare them.
When young drivers learn safer habits early, they protect themselves, their passengers, and everyone else on the road.

Drive Safe Foundation is a non-for-profit, independent educational organization. All programs and resources are provided free of charge. We do not receive commissions or referral fees from driving schools or insurance providers.
